1. Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register and use 222rr, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions. 222rr strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years for all players. Creating an account or placing any bet on 222rr constitutes your declaration that you meet these requirements.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are not permitted to register or wager on 222rr under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or be subject to any other restriction imposed by 222rr or a recognized responsible gaming program.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be acting on behalf of another person.

2. Account Registration and Verification

Every player on 222rr must hold a single, personal account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted. During registration and at any subsequent point, 222rr may request documentation to verify your identity. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any third party.
• 222rr may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Documents may include a national ID, passport, or driving licence.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

222rr supports a range of payment methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol. Any funds deposited must be genuinely yours and must not originate from any criminal or illegal source. 222rr conducts routine financial monitoring to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

222rr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, free spin packages, and reload offers. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, and 222rr reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

5. Prohibited Activities

In order to maintain a safe, fair, and compliant gaming environment for all users, 222rr strictly prohibits the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or accessing another player's account without their explicit authorisation.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, match-fixing, or any other form of fraud or financial crime.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on 222rr are final once confirmed. Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers matches), football, and kabaddi, are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual games and markets are available within the platform:

• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play bets) are subject to the live odds displayed at the exact time the bet is accepted by the system.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 222rr will settle bets in accordance with the official event outcome or, where no result is declared, return stakes to players.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are specified within each betting market. 222rr reserves the right to void any bet that exceeds these limits.
• Casino games, slots, crash games, and live dealer games are governed by their individual game rules and RTP (return-to-player) values as published by their respective providers.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

222rr provides its platform on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. 222rr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interrupted connectivity, or force majeure events.

In no event shall 222rr's total cumulative liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all claims, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory.

10. Amendments to Terms

222rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility as a player to review these terms regularly. Your continued use of the 222rr platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the new terms. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally accepted principles of online gaming law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of 222rr, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to attempt an informal resolution. 222rr aims to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, any dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The language of all proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief in any competent court.
